When do I take each one?

• Pre-Workout: 20–30 min before your workout.
• Creatine: after your workout.
• Apple Cider Vinegar: with a meal.
• Ashwagandha: before bed.

How do I store them?

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Are they halal and vegan?

Yes. All four are certified halal and certified vegan, and set with pectin, not gelatin.

How long does delivery take?

UAE: usually delivered in 1–2 days. Delivery is AED 25, free on orders of AED 249 or more.

Lebanon: we dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery is $7, free on orders of $79 or more.
