Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Jolie Wellness collects, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, together with your order details and the confirmations you make at checkout. We never receive your card details: card and Apple Pay payments are taken by Ziina on its own secure page.

Why we use it

We use this information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about delivery, to provide support, to keep records required for our business and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud or abuse (for example, limiting a first-order discount to one per phone number).

Offers by email

Only if you tick “Email me offers” at checkout, we save your email address, first name and the items in your cart at that moment, and send one email asking you to confirm. Offers go only to addresses that confirmed, at most one a month, so we can remind you or send you an offer if you don’t finish your order. If you don’t tick the box, nothing you type at checkout is kept unless you place the order. Every offer email has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply “unsubscribe”. If a card payment for your order doesn’t go through, we may also email you about that order. After your order is delivered we may email you once to ask for a review; reviews show your first name and last initial only.

Sharing

We share delivery details with the courier handling your order, and your email address with the service that sends our emails. When you order, we tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that a purchase happened — the order number, its value, the products and Meta’s own browser identifiers, never your name, email, phone or address — so we can measure our ads. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your selected region and your cart. We count which pages, products and sections are viewed, anonymously: no cookie, no identifier, daily totals only. A first-party cookie remembers for 30 days which campaign or website brought you here (for example an Instagram ad), and that campaign is saved with your order. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising: it records pages viewed, items added to the cart, checkouts started and purchases, with no name, email address or phone number, and it sets Meta’s own cookies. It is not used on pages reached from links in our emails. If you say yes in our cookie notice, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, taps and scrolling) to help us improve the site; what you type is never recorded, and it is never used at checkout. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

Retention & security

We keep order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Access to operational data is restricted to authorised staff, protected by role-based access and audit logging.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Age

This site and our products are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
