Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (priced in AED) and Lebanon (priced in USD). Orders with a delivery address outside these regions cannot be accepted at this time.

Delivery fees

UAE: a flat AED 25 delivery fee, free on orders over AED 299. Lebanon: a flat USD 7 delivery fee, free on orders over USD 79. The exact fee is shown in your order summary at checkout.

Payment on delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact order total in cash ready for the courier. We will contact you using the phone number on your order to arrange a delivery time.

Processing & timelines

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability and are provided as estimates, not guarantees.

Packaging & handling

Your gummies arrive in sealed, tamper-evident bottles, carefully packed to protect them in transit. On receipt, store each bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, keep it out of reach of children, and reseal it after every use to keep your gummies fresh.

Inspection & failed delivery

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an order cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, or payment is not made on delivery, it may be returned and cancelled. See Returns & Refunds.
