Creatine gummies in the UAE: price per serving compared

Last updated 4 min read

In the UAE, a jar of Jolie Creatine gummies costs AED 99 for 30 servings. That is AED 3.30 per serving of two gummies, and each serving holds 4 g of creatine monohydrate. Buy three jars and it comes to AED 2.93 a serving; six jars, AED 2.57. Below is the simple sum behind those numbers, so you can run it on any creatine product and compare like with like.

The two numbers that matter

The price of a jar tells you very little on its own. Jars hold different numbers of gummies, and one serving can be one gummy, two, or five. Two figures make products comparable:

  • Price per serving: the price divided by the number of servings the label says the pack holds.
  • Price per gram of creatine: the price per serving divided by the grams of creatine in one serving.

The second is the fairer test, because it accounts for the dose. A cheap serving that holds little creatine can cost more per gram than a pricier serving that holds more.

Jolie Creatine, worked through

Every jar holds 60 gummies, which the label counts as 30 servings of two gummies. Each serving has 4 g of creatine monohydrate. These are our UAE list prices on the date at the top of this page, rounded to the nearest fils.

Delivery in the UAE is AED 25, and free on orders of AED 249 or more. A single jar with delivery works out at AED 4.13 a serving. Three jars already clear the free-delivery line, so the per-serving figure in the table is what you pay. The details are on our shipping page.

How to compare other formats

You don't need anyone else's price list to compare fairly. Take any creatine product and do the same two divisions. A few things to watch for in each format:

Powder

Divide the tub's weight by the scoop size to get the number of servings, then check the scoop really is the creatine dose. Plain creatine monohydrate powder tends to cost the least per gram, because there is little else in the tub. Factor in a shaker, and the habit of measuring and mixing every day.

Capsules

Check how many capsules make one serving. Capsules are small, so reaching a few grams of creatine can take several of them, and the per-serving price is the price of all of them together.

Imported gummies

If you order from abroad, convert the price at the rate your card actually charges, then add international shipping and any customs charges before you divide. Then check the serving size: some gummies need more than two pieces to reach the dose on the front of the pack.

How to read the creatine amount on a label

  1. Find the serving size at the top of the Supplement Facts panel. Ours reads "Serving Size: 2 Gummies".
  2. Find the creatine line and its amount. Ours reads "Creatine Monohydrate 4g". If a label gives the amount per gummy, multiply it by the number of gummies in a serving.
  3. Check the form. The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) calls creatine monohydrate the most extensively studied form of creatine, and a 2021 review of common questions found that other forms are not superior to it.
  4. Be wary of a "blend" that lists creatine with other ingredients under one total. If the creatine figure isn't shown on its own, you can't work out the price per gram.
  5. Look at the sugar lines. Total Sugars and Added Sugars tell you what else comes with each serving. On our Creatine label, both are 0 g.

For context on the dose itself: the ISSN position stand describes 3–5 g a day as the amount that generally maintains creatine stores. Our guide to how much creatine a day explains where that range comes from.

Price is one number among several

The cheapest creatine is the one you actually take. If a tub sits in the cupboard because mixing it is a chore, its price per gram stops mattering. Gummies cost more per gram than plain powder, and in return you get a pre-measured dose with no water, scoop or shaker. Our guide to creatine gummies vs powder goes through the trade-offs honestly.

If you also take a pre-workout, The Workout bundle pairs Pre-Workout and Creatine for AED 179, against AED 198 for the two jars bought separately. Bundles are available in the UAE only.
